Your data is processed on the following legal grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c)
• Compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller (Art. 5/2-ç)
• Our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f)
• Your explicit consent where required (Art. 5/1)

Method of Collection

Your data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the contact form on our website and emails sent to info@ndgt.com.tr.

Transfers

Your personal data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes. Limited to the purposes above, it may be transferred to:

• Suppliers providing hosting, email delivery and IT services
• Public authorities and courts legally entitled to request it

Some of our service providers may host data outside Türkiye. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires. Inquiries are retained for up to 2 years after they are concluded, unless a longer period is required by law. After that, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information about the processing
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7
• Request that corrections or deletions be notified to third parties
• Object to outcomes against you resulting solely from automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

You can send your request, with information that identifies you, to info@ndgt.com.tr or in writing to our address. Requests are handled free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
